This Payment & Refunds Policy outlines the payment terms, methods, and refund procedures for services provided by Smokely S.L through the homy.today platform.
All subscriptions are billed annually in advance. Payment is due upon invoice receipt. Your subscription will activate once payment is confirmed.

Prices are approximate and determined by the total number of units managed. Final pricing will be confirmed in your custom quote.
All prices are quoted and payable in Euros (EUR).
Prices do not include applicable taxes, including VAT. Taxes will be added to your invoice as required by law.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days of your subscription, you may request a full refund.

If you experience significant service disruptions caused by our platform (not including third-party integrations or internet connectivity issues), you may be eligible for a prorated refund or service credit at our discretion.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method. If this is not possible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative method.
We reserve the right to change our pricing. You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before your renewal date.
Price changes apply to renewals only. Your current subscription period will not be affected.
If you do not agree with a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the renewal date without penalty.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our support team. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Cancellation does not entitle you to a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription (except during the 14-day money-back guarantee period).
After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted unless you request otherwise or legal requirements mandate longer retention.
If you have any billing concerns, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account and additional fees.
